My #1 success would be incorporating Pesto Joe LLC. That was the “official step” in taking Pesto Joe seriously. Prior to incorporating I had been working with Seton Hall’s incubator program to establish a business plan and testing to see if it would be a viable business model. Incorporating my dad’s nickname into an LLC was a moment I will never forget. Other successes include getting my commercial kitchen, passing my food safety test, making my first sales, and getting my first wholesale deal.

My name is Jason Wing and I have been an avid homebrewer for the last 10 years. In addition to homebrewing, I have been a member of the Columbus Ohio-based homebrew club SODZ (Scioto Olentangy Darby Zymurgists). Within this club, I served on the board in two-year terms as President, and then as Vice President. As I became more interested in the craft beer world, and improving my homebrew I started to consider the idea of opening my own commercial brewery.
